• Execute manual test cases against our web applications across supported browsers on both Windows and macOS.
• Write clear, reproducible defect reports, including steps to reproduce, expected result, actual result, environment details, and screenshots or screen recordings.
• Help build and maintain test cases and checklists from requirements, user stories, and product documentation.
• Perform regression testing before each release to confirm existing functionality still works.
• Verify fixes and close out defects once they are confirmed resolved.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release readiness discussions.
• Track and report testing progress so the team has an accurate picture of release quality.
• Over time, grow into exploratory testing, accessibility checks, and basic test automation.

• Comfortable working on both PC (Windows) and Mac (macOS), and able to move between the two without hand-holding.
• Solid general computer skills: installing software, managing browser profiles, and using browser developer tools to capture console errors and network activity. We can teach the specifics.
• Strong written communication. A defect report is a piece of writing, and clarity matters more than volume.
• Attention to detail and the discipline to follow a test procedure exactly as written.
• Ability to work methodically through repetitive tasks without losing accuracy.

• ISTQB-CTFL certification. This is the International Software Testing Qualifications Board's Certified Tester, Foundation Level credential, the standard entry-level certification for software testing. If you hold it, say so in your application. If you are working toward it, tell us that too.
• Familiarity with a defect tracking or test management tool such as [Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail].
• Basic understanding of how web applications work: HTML, the browser developer console, HTTP requests and responses.
• Exposure to Agile or Scrum ways of working.

• Experience in the label or flexible packaging printing industry. If you have worked in prepress, press operations, plate making, die lines, color management, or print production scheduling, that domain knowledge is genuinely valuable here. It means you already understand what our users are trying to accomplish, and that is often harder to teach than testing technique.
